Our current most innovative healthcare project is an HL7 Server. What this server can do is receive HL7 (Health Level 7: a standard protocol for communication between healthcare software) messages from any system and use it to populate different databases. Also, it can retrieve data from different databases and supply them to other systems querying it in HL7.
